Summer Reading and Astronomy Night


Children and their families are invited to Heath Free Public Library's Summer Reading Events

Join us for crafts, stories, a Heath Hike, and Community Astronomy Nights. Please sign up at the Library: 1 E. Main St., Heath, MA.

Friday, July 5th, at 10:30 a.m.: Moon & Planets stories & crafts (at the library.)

Friday, July 12th, 10:30: Make Bottle Rockets! Meet at library-we will use center park to launch rockets.

Friday, July 19th, 10:30: Hike in Heath with Art Schwenger. Meet in Heath Center, **All children must be accompanied by an adult**.

Friday, July 26th, 10:30: Constellation Story Hour (Library) & at 8:00 p.m. Astronomy Night at the Former Heath School Building's grounds (with a 2nd night on Sat., July 27th in case of inclement weather, see other poster below for more details).

All events are Free and open to the public!

The community is invited to Astronomy Nights in Heath. Join local astronomers for two nights of stargazing with telescopes at the Heath School Building grounds on Jacobs Road.

 Friday, July 26th & Saturday, July 27th, 2019 8:00 p.m. both nights. Free, donations accepted for the Heath School Building. There are two nights scheduled in case of rain or completely cloud covered skies on one of the nights.
